We help you in case of damage! Simple, uncomplicated and prompt. A claim means: Complications have arisen following your aesthetic interventions that need to be treated.
We will bear the costs for this! Either we will reimburse you for recourse requirements of your statutory health insurance or we will settle directly with your doctor.
- If possible, prepare the first documents. For example, the medical report on the complication, the cost estimate for the follow-up treatment or similar. However, you can also submit documents later.
- If you do not have these documents digitally, please scan them.
- Then log in to your customer account (see below).
- In the customer account you then answer a few questions via form and upload your documents.
Once you have successfully reported your claim, our service team will check whether all documents are complete. You can view the processing status of the claim in your customer account at any time. If you have any queries or missing documents, we will contact you.
